Rodney Eric Balfour

Rodney was born in 1928.  Rodney's father was Charles Frederick Balfour and his mother was Enid Edith Stephenson. He had three brothers and a sister, named Charles, Alfred, Lionel and Daisy.  He was the youngest of the five children.  He died at the age of 57 in 1985.
