Michael Christiaan Botha

Michael was born on September 30th, 1837.  Michael's father was Johan Samuel Botha (Frederich) and his mother was Elizabeth Johanna Pentz.  His paternal grandparents were Samuel Frederich Bode and Anna Elizabeth Delport. He had a brother named Samuel. He had eight half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Samuel, Gotlieb, Cornelis, Johan, Willem, Frederik, Johan, Petrus, Johanna and Jacoba.  He died at the age of 77 on June 17th, 1915 in Paarl.
