Louisa Maria Grobbelaar

Louisa was born on February 28th, 1804 in Graaff Reinet and her baptism took place there on May 21st, 1804.  Louisa's father was Johannes Jacobus Grobbelaar and her mother was Elizabeth Margaretha van Jaarsveld.  Her paternal grandparents were Coert Grobbelaar and Louisa Pienaar. She had four brothers and four sisters, named Albertus, Coert, Jacobus, Willem, Elizabeth, Rachel, Martha and Elizabeth.  She was the fourth youngest of the nine children.  She died at the age of 86 on August 13th, 1890 in Cape Province.
