Clement Walter Higgs (Somerset)

Clement was born in 1861 in Fort Beaufort.  Clement's father was William Charles Higgs and his mother was Catherine Emily Austen. He had five brothers and four sisters, named William, Harry, George, Alfred, Percival, Emily, Harriet, Elizabeth and Victoria.  He was the second youngest of the ten children. He had a half-brother named Charles.  He died at the age of 51 in 1912.
