Gideon Joubert

Gideon was born on August 14th, 1704.  Gideon's father was Piere Joubert and his mother was Isabeau Ricarde.  His paternal grandparents were Jacques Jaubert and Francoise RAMP(B)ERT . He had five brothers and five sisters, named Joshua, Jacques, Pierre, Jean, Francois, Isabeau, Francois, Louise, Rachel and Marie.  He was the fourth youngest of the eleven children.  He died at the age of 34 in 1738 in Cape.
