Paul (Pollie) Johannes Mare 
Paul, known as Pollie, was born on December 18th, 1897 in Transvaal. Pollie's father was Paul (Pollie) Johannes Mare and his mother was Catharina Elisabeth Bosman. His maternal grandparents were Johannes (Jan) Hendrikus Bosman (Lambertus) and Maria Adriana Griessel. He had five brothers and a sister, named Oom Ouboet, Matt, Oom Broer, Cornelis, Oom Jan and Tant Dollie. He died at the age of 74 on April 23rd, 1972 in Pretoria. He was buried.General Notes
