Andrew William Martens

Andrew was born on August 7th, 1925 in Durban and his baptism took place on November 15th, 1925 in St. Paul Church, Durban.  Andrew's father was Augustus Charles  Martens (Hendrik ) and his mother was Florence Kathleen Murphy.  His paternal grandparents were August Charles Hendrick Martens and Louisa Francis. He had two brothers and a sister, named Edward , Owen and June.  He is the second oldest of the four children.
