Last known address was 3C GARDEN COURT 8TH AVENUE WALMER P O BOX 13363 HUMEWOOD My grandfather was a plasterer and brick layer. He later completed his degree in teaching and taught mathematics, building science and technical drawing at the Natal Technical High School. He had a passion for mathematics and later taught only mathematics to all standards and was head of the mathematics departmentThe "great joy and sadness" that is written on my grandfather's memorial stone was written with my grandmother in mind. He spoke about his love for her until the day he died. He never remarried. Trevor and Kathleen (on the memorial stone) were family friends of my father and mother. Carmen and James are their children and Louisa was Kathleen's mother whom has since passed away.(sic Chantelle Adriane Martens)
