Dorothea (Dot) Olivier

Dorothea, known as Dot, was born on November 9th, 1921 in Outshoorn.  Dot's father was David Hermanus Olivier and her mother was Maria Jacoba Fivaz (Susara).  Her paternal grandparents were Philippus Lodewicus Olivier and Magdalena Catharina Zaayman (Maria). She had two brothers and four sisters, named Philips, Louis, Maria , Magdalena, Jacoba and Lilian.  She was the third youngest of the seven children.  She died in an accident or as a result of an injury, Motor car accident, at the age of 49 on January 10th, 1971 in Virginia.  She was buried in Pietermaritzburg.
