Henning Petrus Pretorius (Albertus)

Henning was born in 1825.  Henning's father was Henning Petrus Pretorius (Nicolaas) and his mother was Johanna Christina Vorster.  His paternal grandparents were Marthinus Wessel Pretorius and Susanna Elizabeth Viljoen. He had six brothers and a sister, named Marthinus, Barend, Hendrik, Andries, Johannes, Jacobus and Johanna.  He was the third oldest of the eight children. He had six half-brothers and two half-sisters, named Albertus, Diederik, Christiaan, Johannes, Ignaas, Koert, Martha and Susanna.
