Jacobus (Koos) Johannes van der Walt

Jacobus, known as Koos, was born on February 25th, 1874 in Boshoff and his christening took place on March 15th, 1874 in Bethulie Gereformeerde Kerk.  Koos' father was Charl Jacobus van der Walt and his mother was Maria Johanna de Kock (Francina). He had a sister named Anna.  He was the older of the two children.  He died at the age of 72 on October 5th, 1946 in de Aar.  He was buried in Christiana ou begraafplaas.
