Hendrik Adriaan van Niekerk

Hendrik was born on July 27th, 1823 in Graaff Reinet.  Hendrik's father was Johannes Hendrik van Niekerk and his mother was Maria Catharina Meintjies. He had a sister named Catharina.  He was the younger of the two children.  He died due to a medical problem, Dysentry, at the age of 77 on April 28th, 1901 in Refugee Camp, Bloemfontein.
