Paulus Beck

Paulus was born about 1739 and his baptism took place on April 5th, 1739 in Cape of Good Hope.  Paulus' father was Paulus Beck and his mother was Catharina Maartens.  His maternal grandparents were Anthony or Anton  Maartens and Sara Moller (Claassen). He had two brothers and two sisters, named Paulus, Anthony, Engela and Hendrina.  He was the third oldest of the five children.
