Agnita (Nita) Pauline Heynike 
Agnita, known as Nita, was born on February 12th, 1910. Nita's father was Johannes Christoffel Heynike and her mother was Agnita Maria Cecilia Maartens. Her paternal grandparents were Jan Jacobus Heynike (Christoffel) and Susanna Hendrika Heynike (Christina); her maternal grandparents were Johannes Hendrik Maartens and Agnita Maria Botha. She had four brothers and a sister, named Johannes, Jan, Eugene, Gerrit and Sue. She was the second oldest of the six children.-
