Elizabeth Magdalena Magrieta Maartens 
Elizabeth was born about 1849. Elizabeth's father was Hendrik Joachim Maartens and her mother was Elizabeth Magdalena van Jaarsveld. Her paternal grandparents were Joachim Hendrik Martens and Louisa Maria Grobbelaar; her maternal grandparents were Adriaan Zacharias van Jaarsveld (Albertus) and Elizabeth Magdalena van Jaarsveld. She had six brothers and three sisters, named Adriaan, Mathias, Abraham, Louwrens, Nicolaas, Hendrik, Louisa, Magdalena and Susanna. She was the oldest of the ten children. She died due to natural causes or old age on May 12th, 1933 in Maclear. She was buried in Rhodes, Barkley East dist..General Notes

She was a widow when she married Klopper and 18 years older than him. Klopper then died before her as she was again a widow when she passed.
