Martha Elizabeth Martin

Martha was born on May 30th, 1907. Martha's father was Hendrik Joachim Martins and her mother was Martha Elizabeth Swanepoel. Her maternal grandparents were Daniel Jan Swanepoel (Hendrik) and Petronella Magdalena Nel. She had three brothers and six sisters, named Hendrik, Daantjie, Gert, Nellie, Elizabeth, Susana, Anne, Johanna and Philipina. She was the third oldest of the ten children.
