Michael Page 
Michael was born on May 19th, 1962. Michael's father was Daniel Gerhardus Page and his mother is Martha Johanna Catherina Maartens. His maternal grandparents were Jacobus Michael Maartens and Anna Dorothea van Niekerk. He had a brother and two sisters, named Victor, Patty and Peggy. He was the youngest of the four children. He died at the age of 46 on September 15th, 2008.-
