Christiaan Hendrik Swanepoel (Martens) 
Christiaan was born on September 20th, 1945 in Samenrus, Rouxville. Christiaan's father was Christiaan Hendrik Swanepoel and his mother was Margaret Emily Maartens. His paternal grandparents were Philippus Johannes Swanepoel (Cornelius) and Johanna Christina Jansen van Rensburg; his maternal grandparents were Philippus Johannes Cornelis Martens and Sophia Jacobus Terblanche. He had a brother and a sister, named Flip and Nana. He was the youngest of the three children. He died at the age of 57 on February 20th, 2003 in Bloemfontein.-
